I am a seasoned Design Leader with extensive experience leading teams and projects across UX/UI, digital design, brand creative, motion, and front-end development. Currently, I manage the product design function at Preqin. 

 

As a designer, I thrive on exploring new techniques and technologies to enhance creativity and problem-solving. My diverse skill set allows me to understand how various disciplines complement one another, maximising the value of design across a business.

I am a strong advocate for design thinking and have successfully introduced design-led workshops within the organisation. Believing in the power of collaboration, I initiated the creation of a new cross-functional delivery team, bringing together operations, IT, marketing, and design. This agile workflow has effectively broken down silos across departments.
